NMMA Awards Indmar with 18th Consecutive Customer Satisfaction Award

The NMMA honored Team Indmar with the 2019 Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award for excellence in customer satisfaction during the industry Breakfast held at the Miami International Boat Show. The Marine Industry Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) study, now in its eighteenth year, honors manufacturers that actively measure customer satisfaction and pursue continues improvement to better serve the customer.
